Whatever you do, start your own Internet business and start it as soon as possible. You have almost nothing to lose. You can get started for just a few dollars and have a huge potential upside. I can still remember my thought process before I started my very first Internet business. I was -this- close to not doing it because I was freaking out and thought it was this huge undertaking. In fact, it wasn't that hard at all and I actually had a ton of fun.
If I hadn't started that first web business, I don't know where I would be today. A very different place, that's for sure. So let's say you do go for it and you "fail". What have you lost? A couple hundred bucks and a few hours of your life. But you will have learned so much and you can try again. And the next time you'll have so much more knowledge than the first time around and even better chances of succeeding.
